REFUND POLICY – SUPPLIER VAULT
(Digital Products)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases made through Supplier Vault are final.
Because we sell digital products (including downloads, supplier information, access-based content, and digital resources), we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been delivered, accessed, or made available to you.
Digital products cannot be “returned” like physical goods, and once access is granted, it cannot be revoked.
DELIVERY OR ACCESS ISSUES
If you experience any issues receiving or accessing your product, we will assist you.
We can help you:
- locate your download or access link
- resend your delivery email
- troubleshoot access issues
- verify your checkout email
You must contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue promptly.
WRONG PRODUCT PURCHASED
If you accidentally purchase the wrong product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of purchase
- The product must not be accessed, downloaded, or used
If eligible, we may (at our sole discretion):
- exchange the product
- issue store credit
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you have any issue with your purchase, you must contact us first at:
Filing a chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product may result in:
- immediate loss of access
- account suspension or restriction
- permanent ban from Supplier Vault
We actively monitor fraudulent disputes and reserve the right to take action.
NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
We do not offer refunds for:
- change of mind after purchase
- failure to read product descriptions
- lack of expected results or profits
- misunderstanding of how digital products work
- user inexperience or execution issues
- device, software, or compatibility limitations
All products are informational and results depend on the user.
EXCEPTIONS
If there is a genuine issue such as:
- corrupted or broken files
- incorrect product delivered
- access not functioning
We will fix the issue or provide a replacement.
